Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, seeks a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide exceptional service by phone and email, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while guiding guests through the booking journey.

You will manage reservations, handle modifications, cancellations and special requests, coordinate VIP stays and multi-room itineraries, and upsell where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and property revenue.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in luxury hotel reservations or guest services.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong sales, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service through phone and email interactions.
• Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings through personalized service.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate VIP stays, special occasions, multi-room bookings, and customized itineraries.
• Arrange private aviation, airport transportation, and pre-arrival logistics in partnership with aviation providers and resort teams.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.
• Provide expert knowledge of accommodations, dining, golf, wellness, transportation, and resort experiences.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through thoughtful upselling.
• Ensure compliance with reservation policies, payment requirements, and cancellation guidelines.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless arrivals.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and travel advisors while representing the Four Seasons brand.
