Auberge Collection is seeking an IT Manager for Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Finance Director and IT Regional Director. You will elevate the brand through technology across outlets, rooms, and guest experiences, ensuring operational reliability and driving IT initiatives.

The role requires leading IT teams, managing budgets and CAPEX, ensuring security compliance, and communicating effectively in English with colleagues and guests.

Formación

• 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Systems specialist.
• Probed IT knowledge implementing projects & initiatives in the Hospitality Industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Support All Operational IT aspects.
• Elevate the guest internet experience.
• Attend all processes related to IT-Security Compliance. Networking, Quarterly User Audit.
• Control costs associated with planning IT Budget and CAPEX.
• Provide Leadership, Training, and strong IT knowledge.
