Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, invites applications for a Learning & Development Coordinator. You will support the development and learning area with administrative and logistical tasks, enabling the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading induction programs, coordinating training on hygiene, ethics, and safety, maintaining the learning matrix and calendar, organizing events, and helping employees with questions while maintaining a welcoming office

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Tamarindo Submersion induction program.
• Coordinate food hygiene training, ethics and safety courses.
• Update the internal learning matrix and weekly calendar.
• Maintain training attendance records and external training logistics.
• Manage training event logistics: room setup, materials and decorations.
• Market and communicate Learning events to staff.
• Assist employees with questions and requests.
