Four Seasons Resorts Tamarindo, México is seeking an Executive Steward to oversee all stewarding operations at a luxury resort. The role focuses on maintaining high guest service levels, managing forecasting, scheduling, training, and cost control, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in stewarding management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Stewarding operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Ability to adapt to working in a remote location.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and cost-control skills.
• Commitment to Four Seasons values and delivering service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all stewarding operations, including forecasting, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all back-of-the-house F&B areas, including dishwashing, silverware, cutlery, and glassware.
• Ensure proper use and preventative maintenance of stewarding equipment and machinery.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and cost control.
• Anticipate operational needs and ensure availability of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage leadership, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and trust-based work environment, leading by example at all times.
• Participate in operational meetings and employee relations initiatives to support team engagement and performance.
