Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, seeks a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering flawless service from inquiry to confirmed booking. You will expertly handle multi-room requests, arrange VIP stays, and coordinate transportation with resort teams, providing trusted guidance throughout the journey.

• Minimum 1 year of luxury hotel reservations or guest services experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette; strong sales and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service through phone and email interactions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations with personalized service.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate VIP stays, special occasions, multi-room bookings, and customized itineraries.
• Arrange private aviation, airport transportation, and pre-arrival logistics with partners.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.
• Provide expert knowledge of accommodations, dining, golf, wellness, transportation, and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to upsell thoughtfully to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies, payment requirements and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Sales and Operations for seamless arrivals.
• Build lasting relationships with guests and travel advisors for Four Seasons.
