Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Reservations Agent to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by handling emails, calls, and in-house inquiries with a focus on luxury service. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and experience with Opera and Golden systems.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or guest relations.
• Experience using Opera and Golden System is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and create reservations, checking for existing profiles in Golden.
• Collect complete guest data for new reservations and ensure data is captured in Golden.
• Respond to reservation emails and phone calls, escalating to supervisors as needed.
• Assist with inquiries related to hotel services and guest needs.
