Four Seasons Tamarindo is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Manager to support the Director of Golf in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining top-tier golf operations. You will oversee daily activities, supervise the operations team, and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service across the resort.

The role requires leadership, strong communication in English and Spanish, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in golf operations or supervisory roles at luxury facilities.
• Strong knowledge of golf operations, etiquette, tournament administration, and pace of play.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate, coach, develop, and mentor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the golf facility, ensuring service standards and procedures.
• Supervise Golf Operations team and guide day-to-day activities.
• Assist in managing golf shop operations, starting procedures, practice facilities, cart staging, and outside services.
• Coordinate tee sheet management, pace of play, player flow, and daily golf activities.
• Plan and execute tournaments, outings, golf clinics, member events, and special programming.
• Maintain reservation systems, tournament records, player information, and reports.
