Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, seeks a senior resort leader to oversee all operational aspects across Food & Beverage, rooms, and facilities. The role requires hands-on leadership in a remote, luxury destination with a strong emphasis on service, privacy, and guest delight.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in upscale hospitality, fluency in Spanish, and robust financial discipline.

Formación

• Strong and diverse Resort operational background.
• Prior Resort experience a must, and living and working in remote destination preferred.
• Strong Food & Beverage and Gastronomic background is essential.
• Demonstrated hands-on operational approach with strong technical know-how.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote location.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); strong knowledge of Mexico is highly appreciated.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline.
• Developed cultural and emotional intelligence to work with a top-tier Mexican ownership structure with high expectations of quality, elegance, and discretion.
• Strong owner relations and stakeholder management skills.
