Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals.
• Understanding of health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations across public areas.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards per hotel policies.
• Supervise staff assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Review daily logs and follow up on pending issues.
• Monitor occupancy, VIP arrivals, and special groups to prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of restrooms, lobbies, walkways, and outlets.
• Plan and oversee deep cleaning projects (carpets, marble, glass).
• Communicate instructions from supervisors to team and ensure proper coverage.
• Perform regular rounds to verify cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
• Motivate, train, and supervise staff while enforcing safety protocols.
• Coordinate schedules, days off, and specific cleaning assignments.
• Manage weekly cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals according to disinfection protocols.
• Assist in linen, amenities, and equipment inventories.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for public area equipment.
• Keep storage and linen rooms clean and secure.
• Record daily activities and incidents in the logbook.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
