Four Seasons is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor in Mexico to ensure guest rooms meet the highest luxury standards. You will supervise Public Area Attendants, conduct daily inspections, and uphold brand quality while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum two years in a supervisory housekeeping role, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within Housekeeping in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry processes, linen management, cleaning standards, and quality assurance programs.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Room Attendants to greet as many guests as possible by name.
• Supervise assigned Room Attendants and their designated work areas.
• Inspect all guest rooms (vacant and occupied) to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained and that all guest amenities and supplies are properly stocked.
• Carefully inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms, ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been fulfilled.
• Review and follow up on Maintenance and Runner service orders.
