Amanvari in Los Cabos, Mexico, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, order, and presentation across rooms, villas, and public areas. You will coordinate with other departments and uphold Amanvari’s luxury hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting rooms, ensuring safe product use, and delivering VIP services like pillow menus and turndown.

Formación

• Technical or higher education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping within luxury hotels.
• Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera), Workday, and preparation of housekeeping operational reports.
• Advanced knowledge of cleaning techniques for delicate surfaces, textiles, marble care, luxury amenities, and aromatherapy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of room attendants, assistants, and cleaning staff.
• Inspect rooms (check-out, stayover, VIP, and villas) for quality.
• Conduct inspections in public areas and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure proper use of materials, chemicals, and equipment; promote safe practices.
• Report maintenance issues via HotSOS, ALICE, or similar systems.
• Oversee replenishment of amenities, linens, minibars, and welcome details.
• Ensure final room presentation meets temperature, lighting, fragrance, and cleanliness standards.
• Attend VIP requests and special requirements (pillow menus, turndown, decorations).
• Follow up on guest comments or complaints related to cleanliness or service.
