Four Seasons Punta Mita is a luxury resort on the Mexican Pacific coast seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the department with a focus on service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires 3–5 years in a management position within housekeeping and a college degree in hotel management or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with flexibility for irregular hours and weekends.

Competenze

• A college degree or diploma preferably specializing in Hotel management or equivalent experience is recommended.
• Experience required by position is from three to five years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Bilingual required, English and Spanish.
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends and evenings.
• Strong training and supervisory skills are essential.
