Four Seasons Punta Mita is a luxury resort on the Mexican Pacific coast seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the department with a focus on service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires 3–5 years in a management position within housekeeping and a college degree in hotel management or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with flexibility for irregular hours and weekends.

Education:

A college degree or diploma preferably specializing in Hotel management or equivalent experience is recommended.

Experience:

• Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Applicants are required to have three to five years’ experience in a management role in the Housekeeping department.
• A college degree or diploma preferably specializing in Hotel management or equivalent experience is recommended.
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends and evenings.
• Passionate and motivated leader, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, as is solid business acumen and a passion for service.
• Strong training and supervisory skills are essential.
• Laundry experience is a plus.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as is computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
• Be on time according the roll schedule.
• Be on time on briefings, meetings and appointments.
• To pass over relevant information, pending tasks to do, projects, follow up activities to the next shift so everyone is aware.
• To follow up all the pending task with others departments (Engineering imperfections reported)
• Constantly verifying all the employees’ payroll receipt are signed.
