Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining, or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Proven Executive Chef experience managing complex, multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent leadership with ability to mentor and retain diverse culinary talent.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, trends, and advanced culinary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment.
