Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Guest Services professional at Four Seasons Punta Mita in Mexico. The ideal candidate will handle high-profile guest needs, assist with devices, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate reservations, dining, activities, and transportation.

You will review folios, tailor guest experiences, and resolve issues during stays, while following resort policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required and experience serving high-profile guests.
• Ability to assist with Apple/Android devices and common hotel tech.
• Maintain confidentiality and build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of F&B, housekeeping, and resort operations.
• Manage reservations, flights, bookings, activities, transport.
• Review folios, tailor experiences, resolve issues during stay.
• Respond to managers' requests and uphold resort policies.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and basic first aid.
• Physical ability to lift luggage up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and services meet F&B, housekeeping, and Engineering standards.
• Verify reservations, tours, and services requested by guests.
• Maintain constant communication with departments for seamless experience.
• Manage activity changes or cancellations, balancing guest needs and provider rules.
• Act professionally, punctual, and respectful with guests at all times.
• Provide follow-up on pending requests across departments.
• Comply with hotel policies on operations and conduct.
• Inform management of special invitations or situations, avoid prohibited actions.
• Ensure guest safety and respond to emergency situations when needed.
