Job summary

Belmond is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations with a focus on luxury standards, guest satisfaction, and efficiency. The role manages rooms, public areas, and internal laundry, enforcing LQA standards and brand policies.

Responsibilities include supervising cleaning, laundry coordination, admin tasks, safety, and cost control. Advanced English and 4 years in luxury hospitality are required, along with an excellent attitude and service mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning of public areas and guest rooms.
• Inspect arrival rooms for the day and approve occupancy.
• Report anomalies to related departments.
• Control electronic keys and keychains assigned to staff.
• Organize laundry operations supporting F&B and Spa.
• Supervise external laundry operations.
• Review forms and HMS system transactions (laundry).
• Submit warehouse requests via Workday for supplies.
• Monitor room supply costs and stay within budget.
• Support cost-saving initiatives.
• Promote and oversee safety regulations.
• Ensure proper application of cleaning products.
