Belmond Ltd. in Mexico seeks an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will manage room cleaning, public areas, and internal laundry services while enforcing LQA standards, safety, and brand policies. Advanced English proficiency and 4 years of luxury hospitality experience are required, with a strong service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Room & Public Area Inspection: supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Laundry & Operations Management: oversee internal laundry and external partners.
• Administrative & Financial Control: monitor emails, supply requests, and costs.
• Safety & Quality Control: ensure proper use of cleaning products and safety regulations.
