Belmond is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, uphold Leading Quality Assurance standards, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role manages room cleaning, public areas, and internal laundry, with strict adherence to safety protocols and brand policies.

Responsibilities include supervising room readiness, inspecting arrivals, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operations while controlling costs and maintaining service excellence

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent attitude and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of assigned public areas and guest rooms, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
• Inspect arrival rooms for the day and approve them for occupancy.
• Oversee laundry operations and coordinate with F&B and Spa where applicable.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and proper use of cleaning products; enforce brand standards.
