Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a highly experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to lead a luxury dining operation. You will ensure personalized five-star service, manage the guest journey, reservations, and the wine program, while maintaining quality and profitability in a prestigious setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in luxury dining, strong leadership, and fluency in Spanish and English, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurant or five-star hotel.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a sophisticated, detail-oriented service environment.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, gastronomy, wine, spirits, and international hospitality standards.
• Advanced wine knowledge is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
