Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a skilled Mixologist to lead the property's bartending program with passion and precision. You will ensure quality drinks, exceptional service, and memorable experiences for every guest while guiding the team with empathy and professional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, strong knowledge of spirits and mixology, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel mixology or related roles.
Formal mixology certification or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
Ability to train, coach and motivate teams to execute programs.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Flexible schedule with rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades
