Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is opening a luxury hotel dining operation, seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all-day dining and in-room dining with a focus on exceptional guest service and high standards. You will lead and train a skilled team, control costs, and uphold hygiene and safety in a refined setting.

Expect to work in a dynamic, upscale environment with weekends and holidays required. Fluent Spanish and strong English are essential for communicating with guests and staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Oversee the daily operation of the All-Day Dining restaurant and In Room Dining, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate colleagues to deliver intuitive service, manage costs, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and uphold a refined guest experience.
