Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the All‑Day Dining and In Room Dining operations, delivering exceptional guest service, high‑quality food and beverage standards, and a refined Park Hyatt experience.

You will recruit, train and motivate a service team, manage costs, ensure hygiene and safety, and maintain flawless service across shifts, weekends and holidays in a luxury setting overlooking Chapultepec Park.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations, preferably in luxury or upscale environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the All‑Day Dining restaurant and In Room Dining, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality standards.
• Train and motivate colleagues to provide intuitive service and maintain refined guest experiences.

This role is responsible for managing service operations, training and motivating colleagues to provide intuitive service, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring a refined Park Hyatt guest experience.
