Viceroy Los Cabos is seeking a Food and Beverage Outlets Manager to provide leadership for the Restaurant & Bar and align its operations with the kitchen and events teams. You will oversee day-to-day service, budgeting, inventories, staff development, and guest relations to maximize profitability while upholding the luxury standards of the Viceroy brand.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years front-of-house/F&B operations experience in luxury environments
• Experience managing budgets and inventories
• Proven leadership and staff development skills
• Strong communication and guest relation abilities

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations and staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and direct guest interactions.
• Lead beverage and retail inventories monthly and china/flatware inventories quarterly.
• Manage revenue and expense forecasting with hotel leadership.
• Train and coach team members to meet luxury service standards.
