SERVIFE Real Estate Management is seeking a Residence Manager for a luxury residential development in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The role centers on delivering hotel-like operations, elevating owner experiences, and supervising a on-site team, vendors, and budget compliance.

You will lead daily operations, ensure service excellence, and coordinate with the HOA and hotel operator to sustain premium standards in a prime coastal setting.

Formación

• 7+ years in luxury hospitality, branded residences, premium HOA or resort operations.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• On-site presence in Los Cabos, with willingness to relocate if needed.
• Candidate must operate in English with international owners and in Spanish with the local team.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of the operation to owners: respond, anticipate, resolve and follow through to closure.
• Maintain service and brand standards in every detail, from common areas to monthly owner reports.
• Direct the on-site operation: manage the team, vendors, maintenance, insurance and common areas.
• Oversee annual budget, Assessments and collections with discipline and transparency.
• Coordinate with HOA manager and hotel operator on shared services and maintain healthy relationships.
• Prepare and document owners' meetings and follow through on governance decisions.
• Preserve brand standards and expected guest/owner experience at all times.
