Job summary

Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, in Los Cabos, Mexico, seeks a Complex Assistant Manager to support Arbol and Oasis. You’ll lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and align with Rosewood’s luxury standards and financial goals.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Finance, Engineering, and other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences, optimize outlet performance, manage scheduling and payroll, and maintain top hygiene and safety standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B teams in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or destination dining venues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with hands-on leadership.
• Comfort with scheduling, payroll processing, financial administration, and ops planning.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse colleagues.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards (Forbes, LQA, Distintivo H, Punto Limpio).
• Flexible scheduling to support outlets across service periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Arbol and Oasis outlets.
• Drive guest experiences upholding luxury standards and service excellence.
• Monitor outlet readiness and inventory of supplies.
• Supervise outlet setup, floor plans, and events.
• Oversee inventory controls and monthly processes.
• Coordinate maintenance and care of equipment.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, requisitions, and purchasing.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance.
