One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico seeks a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead day‑to‑day resort operations in close coordination with the General Manager. You will supervise all hotel divisions, drive operational excellence, financial performance, and deliver extraordinary guest experiences aligned with One&Only standards and Forbes Travel Guide expectations.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in luxury hotel leadership roles.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Rooms Division, F&B, Spa, Engineering, and Security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate the full operation of all hotel divisions to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Drive guest experiences and ensure personalized, anticipatory service in line with ultra-luxury standards.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide criteria and brand standards.
• Lead and conduct arrivals meetings in the absence of the General Manager.
• Coordinate weekly operational meetings with Division Heads and executive teams.
• Direct asset protection, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX project follow-ups.
• Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with Division Heads and monitor profitability.
• Drive revenue optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Provide training programs focused on luxury service culture and development.
• Establish performance goals and conduct evaluations for direct reports.
