Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain the spa and fitness areas at a luxury resort. You will assist therapists, welcome guests, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while supporting guests with appointments and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in a luxury hotel setting, fluent in Spanish and English, and can multitask under pressure. Valid Mexican work authorization is required.

Formación

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid work authorization in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa and fitness areas.
• Assist therapists in setting up and clearing treatment rooms.
• Welcome guests and assist with requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Help guests with appointments and spa services coordination.
• Respond to guest interactions professionally to ensure satisfaction.
