Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Channel Sales Manager in Mexico to lead direct, online, or retail sales channels. You will develop and implement channel strategies, identify new opportunities, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure sales goals are achieved.

You will negotiate contracts, train partners, and ensure CRM systems operate effectively within your area. You will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and manage pricing and terms on complex contracts

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience enables the holder to handle most situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of junior colleagues is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel such as direct, online, or retail sales and develop channel strategies.
• Identify opportunities, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
• Negotiate contracts and provide training and support to channel partners.
• Oversee CRM system within the area and suggest improvements for customer relationship management.
• Develop pricing and terms projects and manage major contract portfolios.
• Represent the organization at industry events to gain market insight and visibility.
