Job summary

Richemont in Mexico seeks a senior marketing leader to oversee all aspects of the Marketing Department, maintain Maison integrity, and drive product strategy and launch plans. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand image across jewelry, watches, and high-end accessories.

You will develop comprehensive marketing plans, conduct market research, manage budgets and suppliers, and coach teams for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive marketing experience.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for products and services that align with the Maison's integrity and image.
• Communicate and implement the marketing strategy within the team, aligning with mission, vision, and values.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and assess impact on the organization.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful campaigns.
• Contribute to brand positioning and provide innovative ideas for brand plans.
• Monitor the product life cycle from development to marketing and ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide expert advice on policies and procedures to enable informed decisions.
• Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization’s performance management systems.
• Manage budgets and conduct analyses to track progress and meet financial goals.
• Identify development needs of team members and implement coaching programs.
• Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion guidelines.
