Job summary

MX02 Richemont de Mexico S.A.deCV. seeks a Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end procurement across direct and indirect categories in Mexico City. You will lead RFx events, shortlisting, bid evaluation, and supplier performance management while aligning with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Store Development.

You will drive negotiated savings, implement ESG sourcing criteria, and ensure compliance with local regulations, reporting to the Regional Sourcing Director.

Qualifications

• Owns end-to-end sourcing execution for assigned categories.
• Runs RFx events, supplier shortlisting, and bid evaluation.
• Tracks savings and supplier performance.
• Ensures compliance and regulatory requirements in Mexico.
• Leads negotiations with Legal and stakeholders.
• Drives digital procurement and RFx workflow improvements.
• Incorporates ESG criteria into sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end sourcing execution for assigned indirect/direct categories.
• Runs RFx events, supplier shortlisting, and bid evaluation within category strategy.
• Maintains category spend baselines and pipeline of sourcing opportunities.
• Tracks project-level procurement bid opportunities and vendor performance.
• Coordinates with Real Estate, SDP PM, VM, and Marketing teams on category needs.
• Delivers negotiated savings and tracks savings vs KPIs.
• Manages supplier relationships and conducts quarterly business reviews.
• Ensures sourcing activity complies with local Mexico requirements and internal controls.
• Leads contract negotiations and drafts standard terms with Legal support.
• Operates and drives adoption of P2P platforms within categories.
