Richemont, a leader in the luxury sector with houses in jewelry, watches and high‑end accessories, seeks a strategic sales channel manager in Mexico. You will develop channel strategies across direct, online and retail channels, manage partner relationships and train teams to optimize performance.

You will negotiate contracts, set pricing terms, and drive CRM system improvements to enhance customer relationships and business results.

Formación

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education is required.
• Experience leading and supervising others is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies across direct, online, and retail channels.
• Identify opportunities, set targets and monitor performance to meet goals.
• Manage channel partner relationships, contracts, and training to enable effective selling.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, and oversee major contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee CRM implementation and continuously improve customer relationship management.
