Cartier is seeking a Store Manager in Mexico City to oversee merchandising, financial management, and sales staff supervision. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop schedules, and coach the team to achieve local business goals.

The role requires strong resource and budget management skills, with a focus on delivering against sales targets while upholding Cartier standards and health, safety, and environment policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
• Experience in managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives and advising others in most situations.
• Proven managerial experience in planning and resource management to achieve specified goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, and store management to meet operational sales goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of a small to medium store with a homogeneous product line.
• Provide training or coaching to others within the organization to enhance performance.
• Aggregate and analyze customer issues to develop effective response strategies.
• Develop and manage short- or medium-term work schedules to meet planned commitments.
