Candidates must have at least 5 years of store management experience and demonstrate strong communication and team management skills. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or leadership role.
• Luxury Department store management experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving results and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to drive performance.
• Engage in community events to enhance brand visibility.
