LOEWE Perfumes seeks a Retail Manager in Mexico City to execute sell-out strategies across retailers, supervise the sales team, and drive monthly quotas. You will define objectives by retailer and door, and oversee operative brand and commercial activities to achieve sales targets.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to align with LOEWE Perfumes’ crafted luxury positioning and market growth plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Ability to anticipate sales requirements and market and brand needs.
• Problem-solving.
• Team leadership.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision of the point of sales team to ensure the achievement of sales quotas
• Define line objectives to ensure the projected growth ranking and market share by retailer and by door
• Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.
• Develop commercial strategies at the point of sale to suggest options on how to maintain business viability
• Supervise sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure that sales objectives are met
• Effectively resolve issues related to BCs and point of sale needs to ensure the achievement of objectives
• Recruitment and Selection of BCs to ensure a good team that meets objectives on time
• Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining the % turnover and career plan of the point of sale team
