Richemont Iberia SL in Mexico City is seeking a Store Manager to oversee merchandising, financial management, and staff supervision for a small to medium retail location.

You will lead front-of-house and back-end operations, train and coach the team, analyze customer issues, and manage schedules and budgets to meet sales goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and proven managerial experience in planning and resource management to achieve targets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the merchandising, financial management, and overall store management to ensure operational sales performance goals are met.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of a small to medium store with a homogeneous product line, including front end, back end, and sales floor activities.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for potential customer accounts, building effective two-way communication and resolving issues.
• Lead teams in recording and processing customer orders and setting clear objectives for sales calls or meetings.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level
