Cartier Mexico is seeking a store leader to supervise merchandising, financials, and staff performance. You will manage day-to-day store operations for a boutique with a focused product line, ensuring sales targets and service standards are met.

Leading by example, you will train and coach team members, analyze customer issues, and optimize schedules and resources while aligning with Cartier's luxury brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
• Experience in managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives and advising others in most situations.
• Proven managerial experience in planning and resource management to achieve specified goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision, and overall store management.
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a small to medium store with a homogeneous product line.
• Utilize the organization's development framework to identify and address team development needs.
• Provide training or coaching to others within the organization to enhance performance.
• Aggregate and analyze customer issues to develop effective response strategies.
• Develop and manage short- or medium-term work schedules to meet commitments.
• Set and pursue personal and team performance objectives and communicate plans.
• Lead teams in recording and processing customer orders.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and negotiate as needed.
