Christian Dior Couture in Mexico's luxury boutique network is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead all aspects of the boutique business, including sales generation, store operations and client development.

The role demands at least 5 years of luxury boutique management experience, advanced English, and the ability to motivate and train a leadership team while delivering outstanding client service, events, and results.

Formación

• 5 years of luxury boutique management experience.
• Advanced English.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry and clientele.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular management touchbases to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues, and to develop overall business strategy.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates and payroll budgets.
• Partner with Human Resources to oversee recruitment and hiring of Boutique Sales and Leadership Team.
• Organize and coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase traffic in the Boutique and maximize sales.
• Develop product knowledge with Merchants and Training Team.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand direction and campaigns.
• Coordinate in-store promotions including seasonal sales, trunk shows and contests.
• Report on sell-through and client feedback to Merchandising.
• Manage operational processes with the Operations Manager including Shipping, Inventory and Aftersales.
• Adhere to Company policies on funds, security, and store maintenance.
• Review reports to monitor profitability and payroll budgets.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and charge-backs for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and compliance with safety codes.
