Siemens Energy invites applications for the role of Project & Offer Manager for Substation LTSA. You will lead Americas LTSA opportunities from qualification to handover, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver competitive, executable long-term service contracts.

You will develop LTSA proposals and framework agreements for high-voltage substations, support GSA framework deployment, and drive governance, risk assessment and bid decisions across a dynamic

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal management, bid management, offer management and commercial project management.
• Experience with long-term service agreements, ideally in power transmission or infrastructure.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills including costing, pricing, risk assessment and bid governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Americas LTSA opportunities from qualification through offer submission and handover to execution.
• Develop LTSA proposals, pricing concepts, and framework agreements for long-term maintenance, operation and availability of high-voltage substations.
• Support the development and deployment of Global Service Agreement frameworks for international customers and scalable contractual structures.
• Drive qualification, risk assessment, costing, bid/no-bid decisions, and governance in line with global standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and maintain LTSA templates and playbooks.
