The role involves system design, material selection, quantity estimation, and customer technical consultations in coordination with the GSI GEC and regional teams. Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and substations.
• Strong understanding of power system components and renewable energy integration.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams and with clients.

Responsabilidades

• HV (Primary) designs for GIS/AIS Substation projects.
• Prepare basic SLD, general arrangement, layout, and equipment room drawings.
• Perform grounding, lightning, cable sizing, battery sizing, illumination, sag-tension, short circuit, and busbar sizing per IEEE/IEC.
• Prepare HV equipment specifications and sizing per IEEE/IEC.
• Evaluate vendor drawings, support tender drawings, BOQ estimation, RFQ finalization.
