Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking an LTSA Global Project & Offer Excellence Specialist to act as the commercial backbone and Center of Competence for its LTSA business.

You will define the global LTSA operating model, governance, and pricing methodologies while supporting regions with strategic LTSA opportunities and offer preparation. You will collaborate with global leadership, regional sales, engineering, and finance teams to ensure standardized, scalable LTSA processes and effective bid

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline with energy/industrial service experience.
• Proven experience in proposal management, bid management, commercial project management, LTSA, or complex solution selling within international organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract structuring, pricing, risk management, governance processes, and offer lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the global LTSA operating model, including governance standards, templates, pricing methodologies, and handover requirements.
• Support regions in developing LTSA opportunities and provide direct offer preparation support where needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid activities across Sales, Engineering, Service Ops, Finance, Legal, SCM, and execution units.
• Drive global standardization of LTSA offerings and create scalable master contract structures.
• Monitor pipeline, governance compliance, and key business metrics to enable growth.
