Viamericas is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support and optimize the Loyalty Program. This role blends marketing, analytics and customer engagement to boost participation and strengthen loyalty across the agent network.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance, preparing weekly and monthly reports, executing loyalty campaigns (email/SMS), coordinating with tech partners, and ensuring accurate point accrual and redemption.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Tableau.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Travel willingness and valid U.S. visa.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze loyalty program performance and report findings.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Loyalty Program.
• Develop and execute loyalty marketing campaigns (email, SMS).
• Coordinate with internal teams and tech partners for enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy of point accrual and redemption processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
