Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Operations Coordinator to monitor production systems, track vehicle receipt, storage, and shipment via rail or car carrier, and support supervisors with timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires coordinating with the Operations team, transmitting EDI files, and updating plans for changes. A technical degree or related field plus data entry, inventory management, and Office 365 proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• Completed or partially completed Technical Degree, internship, or related field.
• Knowledge of data entry, inventory management, customer service, and customer-focused support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (English version).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor systems to track vehicle receipt, storage, and shipment via rail/car carrier.
• Prepare and submit reports for supervisor approval.
• Transmit EDI files between internal and customer systems.
• Coordinate with Operations to plan shipments and yard operations.
• Support extended shifts, weekends, and variable hours as required.
• Back up data to ensure information integrity.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and report anomalies.
