Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a Logistics IT Support professional to monitor internal and external systems, assist Supervisors, and coordinate vehicle shipments. The role requires handling reports, data analysis, and collaboration with operations teams.

The candidate should have a technical degree or related field, experience in data entry, inventory, and customer-focused support. Travel may be required based on operational needs.

Formación

• Completed or partially completed Technical Degree, internship, or related field.
• Knowledge of Administrative IT, familiarity with information technologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (English version).
• Experience in data entry, inventory management, customer service, and customer-focused support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor internal and external software systems to support Supervisors by tracking production vehicle receipt, storage, and shipment.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Supervisor for approval before distribution to customers.
• Analyze data from WITS & VTIMS systems accurately.
