Wallenius Wilhelmsen in Saltillo is seeking a Customer Service Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily logistics activities and ensure adherence to customer requirements. You will manage operational information, supervise a team, and drive process improvements across the unit.

The role focuses on dispatch planning, KPI reporting, training, and maintaining safety and productivity standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to sustain operational continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, customer service, resource management, planning, and traffic and customs operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and administrative IT tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English for business conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations of the Customer Service department.
• Plan vehicle dispatching and yard activities with the Operations team.
• Supervise and assign daily tasks to the work team.
• Validate information accuracy and support process improvements.
• Develop training plans and ensure ISO and WOW compliance.
• Prepare monthly performance dashboards and operational reports.
