Wallenius Wilhelmsen group busca un Coordinador de Operaciones en Aguascalientes para garantizar el cumplimiento de procesos y la gestión integral. Liderará el control de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, gestionará salidas y coordinará entregas de materiales a distribuidores, manteniendo actualizados los sistemas del cliente y atendiendo a transportistas y clientes.

• Experiencia en coordinación operativa y cumplimiento de normativas.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar mecanismos de control de procesos y asegurar cumplimiento normativo.
• Promover la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Integral (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).
• Liderar el cumplimiento de objetivos y monitorear desempeño del área.
• Gestionar órdenes de salida y coordinar entrega de materiales a distribuidores.
• Capturar y mantener información en sistemas DLOG y WITS, aplicando Yard Exit.
• Comunicar resultados y gestionar cambios de asignación solicitados por transportistas.

## Operations CoordinatorApply: Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 7, 2026 (8 days left to apply): JR000156Buscamos un profesional orientado a resultados para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos y del Sistema de Gestión Integral, contribuyendo a la mejora continua, el cumplimiento normativo y la excelencia en el servicio al cliente. **Principales responsabilidades** • Desarrollar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los mecanismos de control de los procesos de la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas y regulaciones aplicables.• Promover la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Integral en materia de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.• Liderar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión Integral y monitorear el desempeño del área, informando oportunamente los resultados al jefe inmediato.• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y los procedimientos establecidos para el proceso bajo su responsabilidad.• Administrar las órdenes de salida, incluyendo su impresión, control y entrega.• Coordinar la entrega de materiales solicitados por distribuidores y asegurar la correcta ejecución del proceso.• Capturar y mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas del cliente DLOG y WITS, incluyendo la aplicación de la función Yard Exit.• Validar y notificar accesorios pendientes de completar para asegurar la correcta liberación de unidades.• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los métodos y estándares de trabajo, impulsando la disciplina operativa y la mejora continua.• Gestionar cambios de asignación solicitados por transportistas y ejecutar los procesos de escalación cuando las situaciones excedan su nivel de responsabilidad. **Interacción con**• Áreas internas de Calidad, Operaciones y Logística.• Clientes.• Transportistas y socios comerciales como Marva, IMG, TTK, entre otros.**Who We Are** At Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you'll join a global leader in shipping and logistics with more than 9,000 colleagues across 28 countries.
