Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, inventory control, shipment planning, automotive supply chain, or related environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.

Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a Customer Care Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in logistics operations to support vehicle inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, shipment planning, and customer requirements within a dynamic automotive supply chain environment. This role will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, analyzing data, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle operations through Wallenius Wilhelmsen internal systems and customer platforms.
  • Prepare daily and weekly volume forecasts to support operational planning and resource allocation.
  • Participate in customer operational meetings and conference calls, providing status updates, performance information, and action plans when required.
  • Manage and respond to customer requests while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements.
  • Coordinate railcar and truck loading plans to optimize shipment schedules and operational performance.
  • Monitor vehicle campaigns, quality holds, and shipment restrictions to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports related to inventory, inbound, outbound activities, and shipment performance.
  • Manage import inventory activities and ensure accurate system transactions.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risks, trends, improvement opportunities, and process efficiencies.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across internal and customer systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of inventory management and shipment control processes. Experience with operational planning, reporting, and performance analysis. Experience using customer and internal logistics systems.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, inventory control, shipment planning, automotive supply chain, or related operational environments.

Language

Intermediate English proficiency, mainly written communication.

Travel Availability

No travel required.
