Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members.
• Schedule staff and distribute workload with US/Canada stakeholders.
• Cover work for team members; up to 30% production responsibilities.
• Ensure daily goals are met and monitor performance.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes.
• Generate ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and distribute performance reports for customers and internal use.
• Build strong relationships across the organization.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Foster a strong team culture aligned with Uber Freight values.
