Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, customer service, transportation, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Advanced written and conversational English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments and perform daily track-and-trace activities to ensure visibility and on-time performance.
• Maintain load status and shipment milestones within the TMS.
• Plan orders and ensure scheduling within required timelines.
• Resolve system exceptions and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers for updates, documentation, and proof of delivery.
• Monitor customs status and cross-border shipment activities.
• Manage invoice follow-up and document collection processes.
• Participate in operational review meetings and performance discussions.
• Analyze shipment trends and identify operational risks impacting service levels.
• Escalate failures, capacity concerns, and issues to leadership when needed.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, shipment visibility updates, and KPI metrics.
• Support implementation activities and peak-season planning.
