Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Junior IT Support Manager to lead IT support for warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring continuous technology services for logistics operations. You will oversee a team, manage incidents, budget, assets, and coordinate with IT Infrastructure and other teams.

The role requires 4–7 years in IT support or service desks, with prior leadership experience and familiarity with ITSM platforms in distributed logistics environments.

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, Field Support, or Service Desk roles.
• Prior experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Experience in distributed operational environments—logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or retail.
• Experience with incident management and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with budget administration or IT expense control (desirable).
