DSV – Global transport and logistics seeks a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems in a global logistics environment. You will ensure stability and performance of WMS apps, especially Blue Yonder/JDA, while collaborating with IT and business teams.

You will provide technical support for WMS applications, coordinate WMS infrastructure components, and work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize warehouse systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with ticketing/support systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher.
• Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors.
• Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems.
• Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and high-quality operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Education and Skills:
